Samsung has had lots of success with the Galaxy Note line of smartphones. At IFA 2014, Samsung brought not one, but two new Galaxy Note smartphones. Samsung will be looking to have more success with the Galaxy Note series with the introduction of the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a device with many new features. The phablet comes with Android Kitkat out of the box. The Galaxy Note 4 has a sixteen megapixel rear facing camera, a 5.7 inch display, and the new Snapdragon 805 chipset. The Galaxy Note 4 may attract the phablet fans in an exciting way.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is similar to the Galaxy Note 4. Specifications for both devices are identical. The differnce between the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge can be spotted when viewing both devices right screen bezel. The Galaxy Note Edge has a curved display on it’s right bezel while the Galaxy Note 4 does not. The Galaxy Note Edge’s curved display on the right side of it’s bezel can be used as a clock and ticker. This curved display may have some functions that have yet to be discovered or tested. Samsung may try to attract new consumers with new display technology of the Galaxy Note Edge.
Samsung is likely to have success with the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge. Both products will hit stores this fall.
