Microsoft recently announced that Windows 10 will be available to consumers on July 29, 2015.
Windows 10 comes with many new features such as Cortana, a virtual assistant who can help with various tasks. Windows 10 brings back the Start menu as well. An new Edge browser will be on board as well as many other new additions.
Microsoft has started a reservation process for Windows 10. A consumer must register prior to the launch of Windows 10 to get the new operating system for free. A consumer must also have a supported PC or tablet to receive the free upgrade. The Windows 10 upgrade is available for supported Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 devices.
Windows 10 Mobile may not launch along with Windows 10. Windows 10 Mobile may arrive later on in the year.
Microsoft is gearing up to release it’s latest version of Windows and consumers can reserve a copy of the new software.
