Samsung introduced the Galaxy Note 4 to the public back at IFA 2014. The Galaxy Note 4 is a fantastic smartphone which can handle almost any task thrown it’s way.

Samsung threw a 5.7 inch QHD display on the Galaxy Note 4. The Galaxy Note 4 has one of the best displays on a smartphone today. Viewing angles are great and colors are bright and vivid. Details are crisp and sharp from the Galaxy Note 4’s display.
Sound quality is pretty decent with the Galaxy Note 4. The speakers are placed on the rear of the smartphone which may disappoint some. The rear facing speakers can manage to get loud to provide a satisfying experience.
Multimedia consumption is enhanced with the Galaxy Note 4’s S Pen. The S Pen allows a user to doodle on content, take notes, and do so much more. The S Pen for the Galaxy Note 4 adds a unique addition to the user experience which other smartphones cannot match at the moment.
The camera experience on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is very successful when capturing content. The rear facing camera can capture photos and videos with great details. Sound might be a bit muffled. The front facing camera should appeal to selfie takers and those who need a good front facing camera for conference calls. Software is also on the positive side with the Galaxy Note 4’s camera experience.
Software around the entire device can be a bit concerning. Samsung’s TouchWiz Android skin can slow down simple tasks such as switching between applications. The Galaxy Note 4 may also freeze for about three seconds before performing a task. The bogging down of the device may take away from the user experience. Samsung does include various applications for various different uses. There are applications designed to keep a user aware of their health and applications are also able to take use of the S Pen.
Battery life is excellent with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. A user should be able to last a full day off of one charge. Some users may even get more juice out of the Galaxy Note 4 depending on their usage.
There are a few negatives with the Galaxy Note 4. Some applications are not able to run with some of the added software additions from Samsung. Rear facing speakers and buggy software may also disappoint. Samsung included a fingerprint scanner which is hidden underneath of the Galaxy Note 4’s home button. The fingerprint scanner doesn’t always work at it’s best.
The Galaxy Note 4 is one of Samsung’s best devices yet. The Galaxy S5 had water and dust resistance which is one feature the Galaxy Note 4 doesn’t have. The Galaxy Note 4’s big win over other smartphones comes from it’s S Pen, display quality, and ability to an ample amount of activities.
Samsung has done an excellent job with it’s Galaxy Note 4 for various reasons. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 should be usable by almost anyone who can handle a few bugs here and there within the software. Users should be pleased with Samsung’s display, S Pen, camera, and added additions hidden within the software. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a great smartphone due to it’s versatility.
