Samsung’s Galaxy Note devices are designed for specific uses for consumers. The Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge each have specific uses, but some interesting similarities and differences can be found when both devices are compared.
The Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge are both phablet handsets. Both devices feature Samsung’s S Pen stylus, a 16 megapixel rear facing camera, TouchWiz interface, Quad-HD displays, fingerprint scanner, and heart rate monitor. The Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge are also both premium high end flagship smartphones. Both smartphones pack a high end processor and 3GB of RAM.
There are a few key differences when the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge are put up against one another. The Galaxy Note Edge has a curved or edge display on it’s right side while the Galaxy Note 4 looks like a standard smartphone. The Galaxy Note Edge has a bit more functionality due to it’s unique curved display located on it’s right side. The Galaxy Note 4 has a slightly larger 3220mAh battery pack. The Galaxy Note Edge features a 3000mAh battery.
The Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge are fantastic devices for daily use. The major difference between both of these similar smartphones would be the curved display on the right side of the Galaxy Note Edge. The user must choose between a standard looking high end smartphone or a slightly altered new and unique design that adds a bit more functionality.
